Stanley is the Founder of Lab Beauty Group, bringing over 20 years of experience in beauty business, retail management, marketing, and brand management, with a specialization in the beauty industry and jewelry.

Widely recognized for his strategic leadership and brand-building expertise, Stanley has successfully led the growth and transformation of numerous international beauty brands across Malaysia and Singapore—including skincare, hair care, cosmetics, personal care, and fragrance portfolios.

Prior to founding Lab Beauty, Stanley held senior and leadership roles with LVMH Group (MAKE UP FOR EVER), Parkson Group (PLAY UP Beauty), and Lion Posim Berhad (Acca Kappa Malaysia), Parkson Group, Luxasia, where he spearheaded multiple brand launches, retail innovations, and e-commerce expansions.

At Lab Beauty, Stanley leads with a hands-on, insight-driven approach—focusing on route-to-market strategies, modern trade expansion, category growth, and digital transformation. He also provides consulting services to local and international companies looking to scale in the competitive beauty landscape.
